could just be they came to deliver it and you weren't there. i've had to sign for packages from other countries, could just be you have to go in and sign for it since they missed you.
or they could be waiting to hand you a letter saying "we caught you, stop it or we'll give you another letter."
i highly doubt they're waiting to arrest you, if they were going to, i don't think they'd have a cop hanging around the p.o. to get you when you happen to stop by

Thats true and seeds in my country are legal popping them is illegal...but I thought that they will leave me a notice to go and take it...but I didn't find nothing ...
By the way i make my order with airsure but my country is not support it any more... and second my mail box was unlocked.

i have a friend with too much money who likes to buy seeds, lucky me, so i haven't had to buy many, i've only made 3 purchases, 2 from europe, and one from the u.s., i did not have to sign for the delivery from the u.s., but i had to sign for both deliveries from europe. if you live in a block of flats maybe they don't want to come wander around looking for you to sign.
i would go pick them up....but thats really your decision.

Ya depending how they delivered it maybe it was a UPS guy on a truck delivering instead of typical mailman etc etc..
its happened to me once but not with beans.
i doubt the cops are coming to bust you with your 10 beans..if its not illegal to have them but it is to germinate them then tell them you had no plans to germinate said beans and you bought them spontaneously out of curiosity. Unless you delivered them to your grow site then burn your house down.
