My Setup.. How many more? Help (pic)

This is my current set up.. I'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible for a decent growth..

How much more CFLs would I need?
Those are 2 45w plugged into workshop light things.
I might just keep 2 plants because I do not think I will have enough room in there for 4 5gal containers. Also, any other setup I could use instead of work lights things?
I do not have many outlets around.

The minimum amount of lumens per square foot is 3000, but your plants will flower much better if you can get it up to 7000-10000 lumens per square foot. You should be alright for vegging, but might want to add a few more once you begin flowering:peace:
