My Very First Flowering

I'm glad to hear you understand that the plant is nothing compared to what it could have been. My concern was that, after everyone telling how great you were doing, you might actually believe that plants are supposed to look like that. I don't understand why you started the flowering cycle so early, but hey, that's your choice. Anxious to get flowering maybe? :-)

It's not necessary to keep track of the days in veg although everyone likes to know how long it's been ... just grow it to the height that you want it to be when you start flowering, however long that takes, that's what it takes. Keep in mind when deciding how high to grow it in veg that your plant(s) will almost certainly double in size during flowering and could triple with less than optimum lighting. In other words, if you grow it to 1 foot tall in veg you could end up with a 3 foot plant during the flowering cycle ... whatever you choose, can your lights adequately cover that? All that is for next time of course. Good luck.
no just wanted to see how they might react and I though I'd do it to a small plant

I was wondering the RH levels for mothers and flowers.

My hypothesis is higher RH for mothers and lower for flowers.

The higher RH for mothers would maintain more moisture for veg growth allowing the plants to move nutrients through the plant. This being 50-60% RH.

The lower RH for flowers would induce the plants to produce more resin to trap moisture in. This would create a better smoke and a higher THC content. This being 40-50% RH.

Any takers?

ok, think this guy has received enough criticism. there really isnt a maybe to this frosty, but your plant won't finish in 4 weeks, no matter how great the conditions are. around 6 weeks is the fastest flowering time i think but don't hold me to it. average plants take at least 8-10 weeks of flowering and possibly longer for sativa plants. i know how u feel, i had to induce flowering early due to limited time and its my first grow too so i'm not insistent of high yields. your plant looks good for flowering in 2 weeks, mines been doing so for a week and doesnt look anything like yours. however i must say your plant pot is too small for your plant and it really does need to be bigger. also, your plant looks a stretched, put the lights closer. btw you need a good root structure during flowering especially so i would suggest a bigger pot. i'm not sure whether its wise to transplant during flowering, but now you know for future reference. gl ;)

thanks, it looks streched because I didn't let it start to grow branches yet and it was smaller then the other plant I took the pic with, I had mom plants in the same pot size that were almost 2 times the size as that one, but since I might not have enough pots I will have to induce a plant or two into flowering, I'm not going for the high yeilds I just did the first flowering because I wanted to see how it would react so that I have an idea how it would grow, and I have a light about 1'' from the top
