My weed plants truing brown

My weed plants are just 7 week old and turing brown on the leaves only the bottom ones im kinda new to this i am growing indoor any advice

If that's 7 weeks I would chuck them and start over. A beginner should buy some Pro Mix and a flourescent shop light to get plants started. Then you will need more light when they get bigger.

They girls have been through a hard time i think its where the leaves have been toucjing the medium, but yeh toss them start again and rething your growing technique.

I still have 1 plant that has not yet turned brown

Its not just the clolour mate at 7 weeks they should be quite sizeable plants. At 7 weeks i would expect mines to be 2-3 feet.
What lights are you using?
Would you consider using a different medium?

I think your soil is causing major issues too. Get some good quality and well- drained soil like ProMix or similar (or mix your own using coco noir/sphagnum moss/perlite/mykes/worm castings) and start new seeds. They will be bigger than the current plants in a week or two.

Lots of research b4 popping again, learn plant requirements, environmental parameters, proper watering techniques, etc.
It will save you more wasted effort and expense.
