i think.. im my situation.. if need be.. and i run into a werid timing problem with my grow.. i will wait till week 4 or 5 to cut clones... just not lollipop at all.. and use the bottom bullshit branches for clones.. i know its early to start thinking about next harvest already.. but i gotta start formulating a game plan since im going to run into overlap...

ya i dont lolli pop either,i just tacke what lower branches for cloneing. i don't top my indoorplants either

basically you strip the lower 1/3 of your girl.. this helps the plant focus making bigger buds towards the top and keeps it from wasting energy and nutes on lower smaller buds that wont turn out to be anything anyways.. the "lolllipop" term comes from the look of the plant after you trim it up.. it appears like a lollipop on a stick..

yes they will firm up a little more,i have done this in the past and if you can let the lower part of the plant flower 2 to 3 weeks longer after harvesting all your nice big buds do it.:bigjoint:

well im getting ready to add another 1000 wtt hps. i just got done running 220 volt to the room and switched the ballast over to 220. im running a 110 walmart timer with it.

glad you got your light in!! thats badass.. wish i could have mine in and up!! i hope the timer works.. i think it will burn up tho... thats what happened to the original exhaust fan on my can filter and the 2 t4 fixtures i had in my clone room.. they got hit with 240V while they were only 120... it fried them... just watch out.. dont want that shit to catch on fire or something!

its rated at 15 amps it should be good to go for a long time.... knock on wooooooood LOL. now i just have to pull $200 out my ass for my 2nd light.. very soon, real soon
i'll be running a timer per light.

i dont know enough about electrical shit to know for sure.. just a heads up more than anything... hope it does work out tho.. $200 aint bad for a light... especially if you can just get some craiglist shit and get it for free!! LOL fuckin crafty bastard...

i am getting a timmer for each of my lights.. incase a timer goes out.. i only have to worry about 1 timer...

im a cheap and crafty person when it comes to growing. if you can just toss out some seeds out doors and they grow with little help, im here to show that you pretty much can indoors with the bare minimum, light and fans that all. shit if i got almost a pound off the one plant just imagine if i had the high teck goodies, id probley be lying on the floor stillfromshock ofthe yield.....LOL and beside my wife won'tlet me spend to much onit now she sees what i can produce the way its set up now....

Thats it, you dont need an expensive setup to grow nice yielding plants. Lights, fan, pots, medium and nutes is all you need to get growing (oh and a nute meter). What more could you add to a setup that will increase the yields other than more lights?

nothing but a little bit of natural light to boot. as for equipment nothing. i don't even use a meter.

Me to mygirls, ive never done a PH test in my life or any kind of nuit test, the leaves on your girls tell you all you need to know, am in scotland and we are blessed with some of the best water in the world, if you go into any pup in scotland on the bar you will find TAP water for your whisky that says it all.

I never really test PH either but the nute meter comes in handy at times. Obviously your plants will let you know if their getting too much but a nute meter will help you in achieving a maximum yielding setup by keeping your nutes at a good level.

i didn't say i didn't test my ph i said i don't use a meter. i use the liquid ph kit. i do check after mixing up my nutes and check my runout every 2 to 3 weeks.

wellim taking down my tystick acouple weeks early due to mites. as soon as i get the yields off her i'll post pics and weight.. 6th grow in flower for a week so far.
