Below are pictures of the plant's issue at first I was thinking it was heat stress since the leaf margins were cupping up and the spots looked to be burns I raised my 400w HPS to about 30" above the plants well the leaves flattened out now but the spots and some cupping is still showing up on the foliage.

I'm using Fox Farms Ocean Forest in a 10 gal container 80/20 mix with black gold pumice.
400w hps
72-78 degree temps with lights on
65-70 lights off
18/6 light cycle
40-60% RH
No nutes have been added as of yet
PH the soil with soil sampler I won't have a Digital PH Tester until later this week so I can check water going in and the run off. But Soil PH is showing a 6.8 (ish)-7.0 To high but, PH charts show that there should not be a lock out?

Also two weeks prior to this I had misted them lights on. I know bad idea, that's when I got some burns and started battling heat stress but the temps are now under control. Three days prior to this I had misted them at lights off, but further research suggested misting isn't the greatest idea unless doing direct foliar feeding so I haven't misted them since.

Possible excess nitrogen? I see no Clawing on any of the leaves except one other plant that has one singular leaf tip clawed but is an Afghan Skunk #1

There are areas on the plant were the spots started looked almost shiny dark dark green and it's showing more common around the leaf margins.
If you guy's have seen this before or can offer me some help that would be great! As this is something I'm having a hard time finding anything related to this.
