N def?

does this look like N deficiency to you? the soil is roots organic with some EWC and dolomite added. i fed them some compost tea a few days ago. they were yellow before i did that. they were all droopy today, which originally looked like overwatering. but the plants were dry. so i watered them with the hose, and they still look like this. thoughts?

i was thinking of transplanting them into 5gal lowes buckets with some FFOF. im going to add EWC and maybe some dolomite. then in a month or so when they start flowering, i can feed them nutes for that

got the pics up now. notice that the clones arent like that. theyre getting fed the same as the big plants. im thinking maybe the EWC in the soil has been eaten up already, thus making them def in N. its just odd that all 3 of them started this on about the same day

you're right, they do look overwattered other than that thought they look totally healthy. i'd say get 'em out of those buckets before they start to flower though. i bet they are already getting root bound, the roots will also get way too hot in black buckets if they receive any direct light- that would be very bad on a 90 degree day.

thanks. they shouldnt start flowering for at least another month. the days are still getting longer i think. ill get some FFOF tomorrow and transplant. and yeah sometimes the pots get a little warm. the lowes buckets should help with that though

if you're anywhere close to the same latitude as me they will start flowering sooner than that....lowes buckets, how about no buckets, if you can't put em in the ground get some smart pots.

i use 'em, lots of advantages..no root bound, cooler temps, and they are reusable.

yeah and theyre cheaper than i thought too. when i bought these lowes buckets last year, i shoulda just got smart pots! lol

question: are they easy to move around? does the material stretch?

It'll stretch a bit so make sure to pack it nice and tight with your medium. yeah they are easy to move, some even have handles.
