N Deficiency or Nute burn? Please Help

Hey guys.. Day 27 on my bagseed grow. 6 CFL lights with Happyfrog soil and perlite. pH of water is 6.5.. Fed this plant 4 days ago with 1/4str dyna gro Foliage pro and 1/4 protekt.

Can't tell what is going on.. Nitrogen Def or Nute burn?? I've attached 3 pictures all from the same plant.

Not arguing that its not nitrogen deficiency but looks overwatered and agee there could be some mag issues.

Should I hit it with some Nutes?

I would do a flush then start back with nutes, i say flush it cus there could be a ph lock up
Causing the mag issues

so just flush the pot with 3 galllons of water since I have a 1 gallon pot right?
