n stage i need help/advise

hey guys this is my first grow, i think by the chart i am at (n) deficiency progression stage, what do i need to do g¡from this point to make make it go away ?

You need to make sure your ph is around 6.5 if not correct it and your golden, if your ph is around 6.5 start a light nute feeding, we need more info how often do you water, age of plants temps of your grow room.veg or flower? Soil, hydro if soil what type/brand hydro what medium? There a lot that we need..

thank ypou for your reply, I'm indoor growing in a dr100 tent i am using soil light mix, not sure of temp at the mo because not boufght the thermomerter also water im using is bottled water from the shop not sure of what ph it is? my plants are 9 weeks and i have keept them in the veg stage from seed but want to bring them to flowering start in nov
