What is the point of spraying water on the buds anyway? I could maybe see if you were foliar feeding but spraying straight water on the buds is just pointless and a little foolish
Actually I was washing dust off her and at the same time watering her, I don't do it every time (hence the dust) and in fact it was her first shower.

My grow area is dialed in very precisley and I knew that she needed the dust washed off because she was taking longer to wick her waterings hence her stomatas were blocked/clogged by the dust, some might just carefully wash her leaves but I believe in Mother Natures way being best

it worked, she is back on her 2 day schedule, I can already see the improvment. there are many that disagree with me but it is my way and I stand by it :bigjoint:

Plants love it when it rains

I have learned that an outdoor grower who cares about his/her plants will go out after a rain fall and shake all the water off the plants in flowering stage to prevent bud rot...imma new grower myself, George Cervantez knows his shit tho!!!

While a lot folks disagree with me, I like Mel over Jorge

Mel's Insider's Guide is the best book I have (and I have all of Jorges)

Not saying mold does not happen, just that if conditions are right it is much less likely

I love it when they are happy, gives me a warm fuzzy feelin

I invite you to follow my grow if you like to see my beautiuful girl reach her end, I am not worried about mold, as I said my grow area is dialed to pretty much perfect conditions

Yeah the area is perfect alright.... except for the soaking wet plant.... :wall:
Why do you mist the plant w/ tap water? What is the benefit from that? When you mist her other times than "cleaning dust" off her leaves that is

I have never misted her and have never advised it

I would think there might be some minor benefit but my basic answer would be none, but as I said I don't do it

by the way I have never advised anyone to do the shower thing either
