You gotta be careful, around here in cali I know a guy who got his whole setup taken by the "DEA" who were actually just normal people dressed in DEA clothing, they cuffed him, took his stuff and left with him still in cuffs on the floor.

You have a better chance of seeing GOD..... They will go with a cops word over yours anyday. they dont give a shit about you ... and they dont have too. Cops can lie to you in the course of an " investigation" and say anything to you to try and get the ""truth"" although some assholes do cross the line and cause more trouble then what its worth.. you see what fdd said....this is not the first insy=tance of "legal" med users being herassed by the cops.....there are so many loopholes an injustices commited behind the blue wall that i would be shocked if those narcs got anything more then a handshake an we'll get em next time talk....its a fuckin shame....thers 11 states thast have "decrimalized"med pot...an 5 others waiting to get the approvel on the ballets...this is something the people want but the gov an lobbyist's will never conceed to...you think after they had to end the prohibition of alachol they didn't hold a grudge....fuck them.....you can try an get a lawer but the blue wall is fucked....an i know that you dont even have to be charged with a drug crime to have your property claimed by the cops....fuckin feel for ya brother...best to do..is move an figure where the narc came from....peace az

ya but the law is susposed to based on the people's vote.....so in turn the feds need to change to the times..its not like its one state its almost 20 now that have some sort of de-crim or legslater for it....peace az

I just want to repeat something that's been said before on RIU, and although almost everyone already knows it, I think it can't be repeated too often ...

When they've got you at the cop-shop and want to interrogate you, don't say a damn thing; just tell them you want to speak to a lawyer. They can't continue with their questions once you ask for a lawyer. It's as simple as that. It's the one thing they really hate 'cause they're screwed for getting any more info once a person 'lawyers up.' Again, ask for a lawyer right from the start and SAY NOTHING.
