I've heard the Tonopah Test Range referred to as Area 52 but I believe they've called Dugway that as well, but yes it exists.

And know there are others we haven't heard of. We only know a tiny fraction of military intelligence.

That's why I liked the space program, it occasionally revealed some very cool shit like the technology to count missing tiles on the heat shields.
 
While the devices launching today are broken very quickly, Spacecrafts launched more than 40 years ago are still in use and bring the info to the Earth until now.
