I decided my time was now, Delilah has a new baby :D Let's keep our fingers crossed. I added a drop of clonex into a gallon of water, poured about 2 cups of my ph balanced water with minimal nutes for my seedlings and a few gallons of tap water. I cut delilah using a clean razor at a 45 degree angle. After the cloner was set up with the water and mix I made I dabbed some clonex on the tip of the clone (D1 for now) using a cotton swap then I put her in the cloner.

A few questions, I added a single cfl but I know it's not supposed to be on all the time, how often should I set the timer to? Does the bubbler need to stay on 24 hours? This is all stuff I forgot to research, lol

For now I'll keep the cloner discussion in this thread and keep you guys posted on it's progress. (or non-progress)

Make that 2 babies.

I figured the bubbler should stay on 24/0, just wanted confirmation. I'll keep the lights on for now, it's only a single cfl hovering about 12" above them

Ok, I was thinking about 18/6 too... I'll set the timer on later, I'll leave it like that for now. It's supposed to get hotter than yesterday today. Since they are outside in the laundry room I'm sure the water will get warmer than the recommended 70's, I'll probably throw some ice in it throughout the day

Just got back from the hydro shop, the guy said 24/0 lighting with a single cfl should work best

I'm going to keep it at 24/0. I also got my tent and a 4" inline fan for it. I'm going to set that one up and shut down my bigger tent for now. I'll probably start flowering in about a week or two

depending on how large ur bubbler is, just freeze either a 20 oz pop bottle of water or maybe like one of the individual serving size juice containers and stick it in ur rez. It works great. I did it to keep my bubbler cool until something went wrong and I shut it down...worked good. IMO if its gonna b real hot, freeze several of them and keep changing them out.

It wasn't too bad today. I need to get a thermometer to make sure though.

My veg tent is finally up and running too.

Question. Just got back from a friends house and saw the strangest thing. He is using dry ice once a day to create co2. He has a 3 liter bottle with water in it. Air tube through the cap. Drops a piece of dry ice about the size of a D battery into it. The pressure builds and the gas goes down the tube where he has it weaved in and out of his canopy (scrog). Holes along the tube were allowing the gas to escape out across the canopy and settle down along the plants.

Here is the "question"...is that actually doing any good? From what I read, it is hit or miss in helping vs killing the plants. I tried to get him to explain how he keeps it measured and he just shrugged and said he is that good. Hmmm.
