you sure about that?? I thought that anything under 28grams (an ounce) was a misdemeanor... oh wait, that's just where I live. In my state..

all laws differentiate (including Cannabis laws) from state to state. Usually no two states will have the same laws on Cannabis... which is

kind of retarded if you ask me.


I personally think the the United States should just all come together as 1, and vote to make Cannabis laws and regulations, the same..

no matter what state your in. They should all be the same.. (LEGALIZED!) ;)


But yeah I do think that by making Cannabis laws, the same no matter what State you reside in... and making them the same.

Just my opinion. I think it would be better though.. for everyone.

I agree whole heartedly that it should be legalized on the federal level, and all the states should come to an agreement on laws, however that is one of the great things about our country, is that each state is allowed to make its own laws, so every state of course is going to be different. If they were all the same, then whats the point of having states?

Yeah, but if taxing it is the boost it needs to become legal, then so be it. Worry about changing the taxing later, in the meantime get this shit decriminalized here, and it will spread.

I'm thinking the same thing, I think people are so fed up, they'll take it anyway they can get it. I'd much rather have a small grow at home legally than nothing at all. Take what you can now, and try to improve it along the way, eventually people will see that the government has been lying to us about marijuana and it will be no big deal.

I was speaking of mailing it within the states. but yea SC laws are pretty strict
