need a change

I've been using G-13 Pineapple Express for a couple of years now and it seems the strain/quality of the seeds is fading....sure could use some suggestions before ordering new seeds....it's for indoor....veg under 400 watt MH and flower under 1,000watt HPS....p.s. - for whatever reason, cloning off this brand has grow increasingly difficult so I ordered a fresh batch with the same issues...in the early going I was getting 2 dried oz's per plant off 7 plants under the 1000watt....now I'm down to 1 dried oz per plant..I use Flora Nova veg and bloom and grow in pro-mix.....any help would be appreciated....

we all hope to dial the systems in to get the max out of them, im a little lost in your situation.. so you got one set of seeds picked the best pheno and cloned it... then the mother you saved became harder and harder to clone off?
