Need a good heater

I'm looking for a heater that will maintain a set temp in my grow space anyone have some good suggestions for what brand or a link to one on Amazon that they have used

Tell us about your grow space. How big is it? What type of lighting do you run? How cool is it in there? Do you vent?

It s a 3x3 tent it's down to 65 degrees yes I vent it out through a carbon filter have a humidifier in there i just need a small space heater that maintains a set temp

And its led

Is you fan venting all the time or is it connected to a thermostat?

What heaters have you looked at?

If you are venting you may find that you need to heat the room you are drawing the intake air from.

I just started using this setup in my 2x4 & so far it’s great I’m still testing it though.

go on an underfloor heating website and pick up a square meter of the foil wrapped stuff and 2 xps insulation boards. Delivered to you it'll be less than 100. Be the best money you'll ever spend in terms of plant health in the colder months. Much more effective than heating the air, and many times more efficient too

You can get a decent heater too tho. I mean it's not either or... but treat the air and rootzone as separate things. Heating the air temps can help with metabolism and transpiration, which with LED can be very important too. But heating the roots specifically is a big deal in itself regardless of the type of light

First tried an oil filled radiator and then a couple of different space heaters. But this plus this worked best for my 3x3. You have to wire a power cord to the heater to plug into the stat. The stat is very sensitive and can set different temps at different times.

It's the pot area I maintain my light out temperature from, recently the canopy was down to 17.4c but the pots were a nice 19.1c.
When you have air coming in it cools the pot area 1st which isn't ideal, I've had to switch of constant ventilation because of the air temperature...I've wired my relay so that the side cooling powers the heat/cool circuit on a 2nd relay , through the night it's only moving 0.3c its just enough to change the air every 15/20 minutes, between a 150w dehumidifier and a 150w tube heater is what I'm using atm, with my convection heater I needed 500w for the same temperature but didn't have the same humidity control.

I have the same size tent. I use a small heater in the tent and then a bigger heater in the lung room. That way I have a baseline temp and then am able to hook my heater up to a thermo/humidistat

My lung room heating is an oil filled radiator. I find that to be the most consistent heat. I keep it on the 600W switch and adjust the thermostat to get an ambient temp in the room of around 65. My tent then is about 72-78F. I also have an electric wall heater but i found it to be too up and down, and used to much juice to do it

I'm really digging this idea and logic. Can you get pics or product listings of exactly what your talking about. I know what it is, just not seeing it under 100$. Thanks and this is the first time I've seen this idea posted. I'm on concrete and this is a great idea for me.

I actually just got this. Basically the same concept. I got a 3x3 tent.

An electric blanket under the drip matt used to be a popular method.
