Need a good soilless mix

Heres one for the veterans, I lost my mix directions i have FoxFarm ocean forest, perlite, vermiculite, and worm castings. I used this stuff before and it worked OK, but i need the %'ed of each to mix together. Have 5 seeds started in 5 little cups, there 1.5 weeks old, but i need a mixture to transplant into a bigger pot, HELP

check out the simplicity of the Hempy Bucket thread... using pure Perlite and hydro nutrients. i'm sold on it.

The closest head shop is 38 miles away, 1.5 years ago i asked if they had ProMix, they didn't, they said F.F. light warrior was as good so i got that.
After reading messages of people using O.F.and how good it was i got that for this time. I think i can make a good medium, if i knew how to mix this stuff, (I.E. 50% O.F., 30% perlite, 15% vermiculate, 5% worm castings).
I cloned, when it worked i wrote it down for next time. This i didn't for some reason, but i have all the stuff just need a mixture.

You can get pro mix at some local hardware stores like home depot and lowes. Also local fertilizer stores usually have sunshine mix #4 and promix as well.
