For the moment just move them outdoors in full sunlight as much as possible. If possible.

Even just adding like two more CFL's would probably go a long way to help out... I started out like that, I think my first grow was two cfl's, yielded around 7g... Go ahead and flip the light schedule and see how it goes would be my advice. Start small and go from there. Save up for a cheap LED... Even something in the $40-$50 range would be a vast improvement for you...

Oh and for what it's worth they don't look bad at all... You are right in that you mostly just need more light...

Start looking for used high bay shop lights. Usually available when places switch to LED. Such as parking garages etc. Usually 400 watts HPS. The ballast is attached. Heavy as hell. The ballast can be separated and the light rewired with adequate size cable. Usually they go for around $40-$50 with the used bulb.

Big pots too. Careful not to over water them which they look as if they are.

I see a zinc deficiency at the top but could be due to poor watering schedule.

What soil are you using?

Also why not longer outside? Even an overcast day will give you more light alongside deeper penetration so the bottom leaves can photosynthesise.

Thanks, I can't keep them out for to long due to the fact people past my place all day long and the only Sun is in front where everyone drives by, pots they are in are 2.5 gallon, I can't save for a light income is low to the point of going to food pantrys, just looking for a little help.

I feel ya.
What I have experienced over the years growing my meds indoors is that lighting has the biggest impact on how well the plants develop. If incandescent bulbs are all you have access to then that will have to do. Simple physics limit the amount of light they can provide so don't expect much.

Watering About every 3 days or when dry, the plants are 2 months old I had to transplant because the half gallon they were in were getting to small and when taking them out of the half gallon the roots were starting to bound going up the sides of the pot. They are over two feet tall reaching for light so I started to slowly train them but it's getting to the point at night where the leaves are shrivling and just hang all sad. Tim from Advanced nutrients sent me for free a bunch of stuff their 3 part base, voodoo juice, big bud and nirvana, I have contacted well over 150 companies, growers, podcasts, comedians, asking for help, but they don't care about helping,
