I've been using one to make coin rings for years, never given me a problem.Avoid those 6 ton Harbor Freight presses at all costs.
Is that the 6ton?
I was really looking at one of these for a long ass time. Just for the price I feel like it’s lacking in pressure. I’m finding out Most press companies offer lifetime warranties also. But it is an ideal size. How do you like yours, only pressing flower?nugsmasher mini for me. lifetime warranty, excellent customer service, and an upgrade program are nice extras.
flower and dry sift, my bubble hash yield was so low i didnt press any of that. Yields on flower in micron bags are impressive most of the time. Ive heard multiple people in the rosin game say super high pressure isnt so good/necessary but ive never used a high pressure one myself. I also really only press for personal use so the 8th sized plates on the mini are just about perfect for me.I was really looking at one of these for a long ass time. How do you like it? Pros? Cons? Tips?
How often do you press? do you usually do an 1/8th at a time? How much do you yield typically? Sorry for all the questions lol just trying to figure it all outflower and dry sift, my bubble hash yield was so low i didnt press any of that. too much pressure and youre going to be troubleshooting plant matter in your final product and bag blowouts soon
no worries. i squeeze up a few 8ths of flower every harvest and about as many of dry sift as well. its a bitch to weigh and its all for me so i dont usually bother, but the one or two times i did an 8th got me about a gram. not sure how much pressure its advertised to have but i crank the everloving shit out of that handle. How often do you press? do you usually do an 1/8th at a time?
