Need adive for a Grow Op!

Hey, does anyone know if brooklyn is a safe place to grow 40 plants? wid three to four 600 watters lighting system. If its not safe, is it cause the conedison is trained to look at the meter for spikage of the electrics? or they dont even give a damn as long as u paying it. Cause i heard cops nowadays looks at con edisons billing and stuff to see any grow op goin on in the cities. I dont really care about the smells cause i could handle that and theres another problem is the credit cards. Feds do look thru peoples purchases for fishy equirements if they suspect u. 40 plants is a REALLY bad idea, if you dont have proper ventilation and carbon filters you'll get busted for the smell. And the lights might be a problem. just to add always buy everything in cash.
