Need advice FAST, +Rep! Using Hydro Pots with Soil

I have some regular 5" pots that were used with hydroton in a hydroponics system. I have some clones coming that I need to transplant into these pots right away. They still have a little bit of hydroton on the sides, though I tried to scrub most of it off. If I put soil in these containers, will the hydroton throw my soil PH off? Please don't give advice if you don't know the answer, thanks!

try to scrub as much of it off as possible. put your soil in with plants, they'll be fine
