oddball... I think you are a very paranoid individual in all reality. ATF? Really? Lol... Either you have took a wee bit too many doses of LSD or you are the ATF yourself trying to play reverse psychology. Your statement and your ignorant comments has nothing to do with this thread. I'm looking for expirienced growers, not idiots. Thanks. Anyways guys, how about that burlap?

You wanted to get the "ball rolling",..Well,..it may roll a wee bit faster than you.

You claim caution to be ignorance, and me to be off topic ? Lysergic acid is for freaks !!

"reverse psychology",...Don`t accuse me of being intelligent,...it`s probable but not likely.

So, you can`t understand caution, and the general rule to keep quite bothers you,....and I`m the idiot ??

Plastic shopping bags. Tape tight a three inch opening on top of bag after filled with soil. At point of loacation poke multiple holes in the bottom of the bag. Place the bag on top of the prepared surface. press the bag down so it is well positioned. Camoflough with local material. Plant plant in three inch opening.

Plastic is only good for strangling Ex's & Plant life. It can't breath enough, causing stragulation & bad fungi's. The Burlap is wonderful. Not digging raises your plants higher (1 to 2 ft. min), causing easier detection. But camo works, dead limbs close by, to break up a pattern. That's key, to break the patern. Spray liq. seaweed on burlap. it's a natural root stimulator. Never walk directly to the site, stop downwind away & out of site. Sit, relax & listen. If you hear a cough, other body fuctions, radio static, movement, go home. I love planting non-colorful vines close by, you can train them to (almost) cover your plant(s).
If you poured liq. seaweed, molasses, & Thrive at the sites now, the soil will be a Whole lot softer by planting time.

I did the plastic shopping bag trip back in the eighties. It's the first time we got bud in Canada outside in Nova Scotia. It was then we realized that the daylight had to be reduced to 12 hours to get the plant to bud. Burlap sacks would go good with a horse or ATV but if you're lugging... I have found that the best defense from being located by people is to put 50 or 60 in a garden like plot usually on an upcrop in a swamp where you'll need hip waders. The choppers can be defeated by finding or making an upcrop that's overhung by large trees but allows proper hours of light through from an angle estimated by the overhang and surrounding trees. The cameras are usually fixed in a downward position on most aircraft.
