Need Advice On LED/Shelf/SOG

I am opting to go vertical in my CBD production, I decided to go with sog on a shelf so I can stack up as I go in a warehouse, I would be happy if someone would advise me on led/shelf/sog method, do you DIY LED strips throughout the shelfs ceilings, how many watts per plant do you use per plant in this method etc. any advice or critic is welcome

With good LEDs, 30w per square foot, with shelves you might be good with 25w per square foot.

As for wiring them through the shelves, probably not. You'd likely want some sort of basic heat sink , depends how hard your going to run the strips, most folks can get away with using aluminium U channel as a heatsink, but you'll want a gap between shelf and heatsink.
I wouldn't want to use the shelves as a heatsink as they wouldn't be aluminium or copper and in case of fault you don't want your shelves becoming live.

Keep all electrics away from water, so design a shelf which self drains and isn't going to leak.

Can't really help other than that.

But still an amazing info mate thank you, I posted exactly for this, yes I was considering diy'ing leds in a aluminum frame, I have no electric skills but my neighbour is a professional so I will let him do his job, it is just up to me to figure out what I need, and I am here for any advice

Can I suggest the led section.
Far more eyes on the task and possibly some that have done what your looking to do.

I can give you a list of stuff and help because I have a reasonable knowledge of DIYing LEDs.

But I lack in keeping up with what's the newest or cheapest options or best ballance for efficiency over cost.
I've forgotten most of what I used to know through been out of the scene a bit too.
