Hi All,Merry Christmas and a Happy growing Year!
Got two mother plants, both 5 months old from seed,1xAK47 and 1xcheese. The cheese plant is a lovely colour of green, the leaves are silky to the touch and the branches are lovely and flexible but the ak47 is a very light green in colour(see pic), the leaves have a papery feel to them and the branches are very woody.I'm feeding them both exactly the same- Biobizz Biogrow NPK 4.0-3.0-6.0 with every watering(approx 4 days between waterings) and they're in Biobizz Allmix medium under an 8 tube T5 flourescent(38000 lumens) in the veg room.
I thought it may be a nitrogen deficiency so i'm foliar feeding the AK47 with Nitrozyme as well.I did have a problem with thrips on the AK only but i got rid of them about a month ago and the leaves that were affected turned yellow and dropped off but even the new growth seems to be coming out a light green colour.
Anyone got any advice or am I going down the right road with the nitrogen supplement?

NPK 4-3-6 is the wrong food to be giving both of them. You're giving them a high dose of potassium(K), which is mainly for flower formation. You need to change the ratio to nearly the opposite - something like 6-4-3 would be the right food. You're feeding them like you'd feed flowering plants -

cheers

Cool,I see what you're saying. That's real wierd cos that Biogrow is actually a vegging food that should be given all through the veg period according to their chart.Brilliant info, gonna go out and get some different stuff today and see what happens. Thanks Jackmac:-)
