need advice on setting up small personal OP in 41FT. 9 month taveling RV

Hello I'm going to be setting up a operation in a 41 FT. toy hauler recreational vehicle there is a back room closed off with door the back room is
14FT. X 8Ft.

I have done previous operations in the past but I have never had to set one up in a traveling Recreational Vehicle is a new adventure for me.

The good thing is that the R.V. is fully equipped with a built in 5,500 watt. Oman Gold Gas Powered 35gal. Generator that is turned on by push of the button located inside the R.V.'s living room and is able to be turned on while driving down the road.

the most important questions at hand is :

1. What kind of Set - Up should i go with. Soil, Hydro, Aero, D.W.C

2. Water how to keep water regulated in a atmosphere that is always changing

3. The back end of the R.V. is where the set - up will be, this is also the most bouncy part of the R.V. how can I keep everything contained and safe.

4. Smell, Smell, Smell, Smell. The people will be legal and only want a few plants under one 600Watt. system but they don't want to have any attention whats so ev brought to them for they are a elderly couple who travel and do have there cannabis cards but are very quite about it.

i will be uploading pictures of sketches and layouts of the R.V. as well as pictures when I start the building project if people want to see one being built.

This is the craziest idea I have ever seen, but it seems like money isn't a problem so I'm curious to see how this works out.

First things that come to my mind are:

Using dirt, water would slosh around and bounce around.
Using digital generator safe ballast, but the I don't know if the bulbs could handle all the bouncing, and go from cold to hot, etc. Might need to use T-5's.
You will just need a carbon filter and in-line fan. That should be hard.
Maybe just putting a grow lab (GL80 maybe) in the open space to prevent light leaks.

Adds a whole new dimension to the beloved words...."Roadtrip"

Defintely Dirt, Big pots for stability and I would consider a tie down system ( bungee cords). Also, need a large rian barrel,,,, to keep control of water supply...

You know it's real hard to say without being there,but i would go with oasis phoam or rockwool cubes and hydroton because it holds on to water great and you could cover the tops and bolt the buckets to the floor stop 1 to 3 times a day to give em a good watering and then ur back on the road again. just a thought i'm still stewing on it.

No advice right now too much to think about

thanks guys me and a good friend whos working on his 14th harvest is working on rough drafts right now the room will start being worked on starting next week.

What kind of op do these old people really need to be traveling down the road with? Nobody is legal if you cross state lines unless they have cards in all states they go to that require them. Many states it would be a felony right off the bat.

If they're just growing for themselves a couple closets with big grow cfl's and rockwool slabs or dirt on a drip system sounds like the way to me. All that stuff can be strapped down with bungees or something so plants can't fall over and lights can't get knocked around and break.

HID's may be trouble the way the back of a big thing like that bounces around. Hoods may be a problem too just because of their weight and size and even cooltubes may let the bulb smack the glass with every bump and break in no time.

Sounds like a real nightmare if they want big.

i dont really ask them to many specifics..... but thank you for your input me and my partner who are building the op have decided to go with a single 1000 wat lumatek ballast and hood, and GH® WATERFARM® 8 Pack Kit - Includes Everything Needed To Start Growing - 79" X 30' X 15"

Comes complete with 8 Water Farm units and GH controller: an integrated 13 gallon reservoir and an 8 gallon controller unit. Includes dual diaphragm air pump, necessary hardware, supplies and GH nutrients.

We decided to use our own intergrated reservoirs out of lower tub-a-ware buckets do to the bouncyness.

we are also going to use spacers with steaks inside the buckets to ensure steadyness.

also we are going to place perfectly measured eye bolts every 12 in. around the circumference of the grow box itself and stretch bungees and latch them holding down each bucket resevoir.

Well mathew. I believe otherwise, the grow room environment we are building will be equipped with several fans and a carbonfilter with another fan pumping out that room and transported into the aircondition ducting.

also being added to the op will be a secondary stealth room grow box containing a 600W MH hydro vegging system as well as a cloning chamber.

the box have to be built in a Suppuse to be there look, the owner asked and also what had to be taken into consideration is the owners would still like to be able to drive there golf cart into the toy hauler room.

im going to start ordering products next week does any one have any recomendations before i put in my order? also i have never used LED lighting was curious if i should buy some screw ins to add into the op? what you guys think if i buy 6 grow spot 15W LED lights just to add in on the grow room look?

also going to home depot some time next week after it stops raining to puchase the double finish plywood and the 2"x3" lumbar, screws, nails, etc.

also buy alot of primer white to paint the interior and exterior of the grow boxes, also need to get trays and hammer finished aluminum reflective sheeting for the inside of box.
