Need advice on this grow room set up, first time grower.

So im going to take a stab at growing, im thinking about doing nirvana bubblicious or ams Carmelicious. Ive been doing a lot of research and this forum and its community has been a HUGE! help but i still have a few answers (mostly being unsure since im a noob )

So i was going to build a grow box, figured buying this grow tent would be less of a hastle. http://growace.com/product_info/31x31x63-reflective-grow-tent.html, thoughts?

Wondering how many plants yall think i could grow in it, im thinking i want to do 2 at a time or would they get cramped in this space, again im a noob to growing and suck with measurements lol.
How many lights do you think i should equip this baby with? Id like to do cfls as im renting and dont want to blow my bill up and cause suspicion.
I plan on running cool air in from the bottom and a draw fan to take the hot air out from the top, im sure ill add a simple co2 set up as well.
Im doing pot with soil, maybe a hydro set up later, this tent will work fine with soil/pot?

Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

Well the tent is a good size, and you could easily fit 4 plants in there, and if your going to use cfl you could fit 9 or more small ones, i honestly suggest a 400w hps it wont move your bill to much. i rent too and im running a 1000hps and 400 watt in cfl's. i personally have not had issues with suspicion. co2 wont really be "necessary" but always helps. and the tent would be fine for soil.

Also if you are going to do cfl, you'll need to pick up a bunch of cfl's to cover the 3x3 space, the light penetration of cfl's is not so shit hot, but keep them short and you can have some really ncie bud!

Any recommended strains for the tent?

Ive heard bad things about Nirvanas auto strains, most of them havent been actual autos, people are having to change the lights to get them in to flowering stages.

To be honest i have no recommendation for strains, i grow exactly what i find interesting and what i want to taste, i dont care if its outdoor or indoor or sativa.. indica anything just grow what looks amazing to you and you'll enjoy it.
