So this is my first time growing indoor , I'm planing on growing in a closet with an area of 1ft D x 3ft W (1.5 FT for veg and 1.5 FT for Flower) x 6 Ft H.

Now, I want some recommendation on which light i should use between 150W HPS or 8 x 12W LED

(7 x 12W Red spectrum 1 x 12W Blue spectrum)12W-grow-light.jpg but mine is different from picture because i got the seperate color for each one. So should i go for 12W x 8 LED or 150 HPS

One last thing is that when the seedlings sprouted out of a rock wool, the leaf is still curl and stick together in a U-shape, What should i do? Should i continue leaving it in the dark or what?

One last problem is that another seed which i germinated by soaking the seed in water for 12hours then i placed it straight into rockwool. It has been like 6 days and the seed still havent sprouted so I open the cover of the hole and i see the root which is still white but the head part has turn brown, what should i do with these seeds?

Thx

The 150 will do better..... what a socket set up you could do a combo CFL, LED, & what ever fits but it would cost much more than the 150

What about the germinating question? coz right now my seed it still in the dark
I would give them low light ...... once they sprout they are looking for light.... they could handle a 150 at about 18" make sure the rockwool doesn't get dry

yes at this stage the plant put most/all of its energy into producing roots. so its needs high humidity. so yes. but once they crack and start to straighten up and show there first set of leafs. carnt spell the word lol.. during this stage youre are breaking you're plants in to the condition's they should get for the rest of there days. so make sure you mist them lightly to help adjust to the drop in RH. try to keep it between 45 and 55 for veg. then drop it to 35 to 45 for flowering.

IF youre hps bulb is duel spec then you can use that through out youre grow but the advice from ducthmaster is spot on. so ye get it under the leds now and mist lightly a few times a day for the next 3 to 5 days. and get some realy mild air flow round it. not directly on it. keep youre rock-wool moist not wet or saturated and try not to let it dry completely out. then transplant to her next home ta about 12 days old or at least when you see the 2nd set of true leafs. also youre plant can except very low strength veg nutes if in coco or will be ready for it soil ect

here is my current seed? what should i do? should i continue leave it in the dark or put it under 2 CFLS = 150W
Leave it in the dark and humid environment a bit more, maybe till the cotyledones open up and the first set of true leaves start to appear. When those first leaves open up put it under the CFLs. Then when the roots are stronger transplant to a pot.
About your seedling being 6 days in the rockwool and turning brown... 1) the seed might have been placed deeper than it should. 2) you should soak the medium before planting the seed but you also must remove all excess water from it.

So should i kill it? Or leave it a bit longer because the shell is still there and the root is still white but the thing inside the shell is brown already ( but i still cover the hole with part of rockwool to keep it warm )

BTW the seed is planted 1 inches into the rockwool

Half an inch is more that enough and it helps the seedling to surface!! I wouldn't kill it... just give it a couple of days! You have seen how it looks like... so if you think it's dead.. kill it and get rid of the piece of rockwool cause rot and bacteria might have started and it could damage any seed you put in it!
