Coco and soil have different pH requirements for proper nutrient uptake.......you should have used peat moss instead of coco.
Coco is coco coir. I have no idea what pH would be best.No it’s coco coir. I was thinking of mixing some soil in it. What do you recon would be an average ph to aim if that’s the case?
Haha yes I meant it’s not peat moss but coco coirCoco is coco coir. I have no idea what pH would be best.
thats a really good question..... i am sticking with coco/perlite 70/30 and Hydroponic Flora Trio.......My question is do i have to rebuffer used coco????? with Cal/magHey guys I’m thinking of growing in a soil plus coco medium. I grew two plants in coco plus some compost and they came out nice but I had to water so often. I’m thinking of adding some soil into the mix this time. 50% coco and 50% compost and soil. So my question is what’s the ph that I should be aiming for? Or is this idea completely worthless and I’m better off with coco alone? Let me know what you guys think
