Need Advice -- Stringy Buds

Yes that's a possibility, there was a couple points in a row towards the end where I couldn't get to them on schedule, but there was no noticeable damage to the plant (as far as I could see, someone with more experienced eyes might disagree).

I was trying to avoid buying the nutes online, so I did just assume I could use miracle gro. I guess that was my first mistake? I guess I will go for it this time.

BTW the pics are of Skunk x Haze which was a free gift from, and they actually turned out better than the ones I paid for LOL.

Also, the bloom fert i was using is in the trunk of my car, which I can only open with the push button, and it has no battery in it ( :spew:) so I can't get the exact info on it, but I bought it at Lowe's Garden Center and I recall that the numbers were very close to what was recommended.
You say your scared of nutes on line but you buy seeds??? Umm ok and your bloom nutes should be in your grow area unless outside. why would you lock up your nutes?? Dude how high are you right now

Lol okay long story,

Last year I didn't want to buy nutes on line because I was short on funds and time. I had bought 2 HPS lights and pH/light/moisture meter, and this and that and broke myself. (I ended up growing outside due to a lack of space/electricity, so the lights never came into the picture). Not that I was scared to. Now I didn't "lock the lights up", I was in the process of moving and put all of my stuff in my car, then ended up not moving, and only got my clothes and junk out of my car, then I left the lights on one night and murdered the battery (a couple weeks ago), since I use my dad's lil bike I haven't bought a battery for it. There is a key broke off in the key on the trunk, so the only way to unlock (open) it is with the push button in the glove box that only works off of electricity. Now, that's out of the way lol.

Okay, I am pretty sure they had all of the light they needed, I was growing near the water and there was only shade for like the last hour of the day where they were positioned. This Florida sun is hot and bright. Could it be the heat that stunted their growth?

EDIT:
I didn't mean lock the lights up, I meant the nutes, if it matters.

No, it wasn't the heat...weed can take it as long as they have enough water. weed grows along the equator, and that's a bit hotter than Floriduh.

Weed need 5 hours of direct sunlight to really shine, and temps above 50 to grow.

Might just be the strains you're growing. I don't grow outdoors, so I can't say for sure, but one test would be - grow something that typically has heavy buds, this time around, and see what happens. Maybe some white widow? If they still come out "stringy" then you know it's something you're doing.
