My out look on LEDs is they are great for veg. Not so much in flower. And yes you save a lot each mounth on you bills. But the upfront cost you could get a mh/hps and run it a year. Like I said erlyer. Cfl will work but your going to have fluffy buds. So price wise T5 will be better in the long run. More upfront but better smoke. Or go with a 250 or 400 hps and limit your plants but get the same green. CL has them all the time. So far it sounds like I'm one of the only one that says less plants more veg time better yield. So let the bashing begin.

War I am a big proponent of one plant, 32 stalks and a long veg. my goal, one of them, is to have 6 mother plants vegging as long as possible and run grows from clones. . . I would like to keep 6 mothers in veg. How long can I realistically keep them producing clones? Thanks. . . Can anyone ID this sprout that came up Skywalker's cont. . .

You can keep a mother for years along as you keep her in 18/6 and make sure she is healthy. I like to keep them for no more then 2 but most of the time it's only 1 year then I start a new one.

If I am using a 24/0 veg, should I gradually get to 18? I understand it is opinion. I was told they start flowering first lights out. . . Pic of the FlowerRoom son. . . I've never had a problem going from 24/0 to 18/6.

Time to transplant Miss Chocolope into a 3 gal pot. Never tried Chocolope but heard good stuff. Big Candy Og or Pure Candy is Trainwreck x Pure Master Kush. It is great for chronic pain thus the Kali-Kandy has much to live up to. . .

BTW, the 101 OG is supposed to be "the" original OG. SC Dam has clones in OC. The Tahoe, 101, and Sour Bubble are still in styro cups, LOL. They need good dirt, light and a couple of months.

Chocolope wins poll. . . It is going in with White Urkle, Skywalker and Kali Kandy for the first grow. I will start a "proper" grow journal and link to this thread. Will post when day 1 of 12/12 starts and we shall see what happens. . .

Did you get the og as a seed or clone? The true first og is clone only. Seeds came a few gens later.

I was told it is "The OG", and read online that it is, they have it. Busy getting plants ready for flower. I like to supercrop, FIM, groom right before 12/12. This lets them stretch from new nodes. One of the toughest for me, a reflex, will to NOT mist plants. I think misting in Veg is a great way to replicate humid hot climates of origin. The two sativas, Chocolope C6, the winner of the April 2012 unofficial TSM's Rollitup Cup, and Kali Kandi, (Holy Grail x Chocolope C6) as they have 70-90 day flower periods. The White Urkle and Skywalker will represent Indica dom, a big favorite for chronic pain and stress. Grooming today. Appreciate your help everyone. . .

A og is a og. Just asking if there saying true OG. Just to charge more. Yes I'm in Cali. Been on the mmj Waggon for years. protests and jailed for it. I don't mist after roots. And yes I hope in the next 4 years it will be legal but it will take another 4-8 years for them to find a way to regulate it and who gets the rights to grow. It won't be use small med growers. Guess what GMO's they will add. So when that happens I'm stoping my rooms and going for 1 plant a month just for me. For true pain relief I swear by the cookie.take your sugar leave as you trim down the bud and dry it abit in tupperware,shake it several times for a few days.buy a slow cooker small one(walmart 10 bucks)turn that baby on high and melt 1 cube of butter.weight out 40 grams of sugar leaf.toss it in the butter and add 1 pint of water to it.turn the heat down to low,and brew for 12 hours,stir it now and again.turn off heat,let cool 30 minutes.put on a pair of rubber gloves(there is a fruit strainer...cheese cloth you can buy nex to the mason jars for canning fruit.get this kit)now take a 1 quart mason jar and put the screen in it....pour the juice from the crock pot into the jar...now quize(sp)the bag hard and fill the mason jar.put the jar in the ref over night.next day take the butter off the top.betty crocker cookie mix(comes in a bag....calls for 1 cube of butter)bake 30 cookies.
re-use the dirty water for next batch.

ps....2 cookies will send you off to la la land!
