Need advice!!!!

I have 2 68 watt cfl on my veg. bubba kush and i just need to know if its ok to water it every 3 or 2 days because thats when about the first two inches of the soil are dry, also the bubba has some sort of sponge where the roots are and it was a clone i believe. also the soil is made of coconut hairs and some chopped coffee beans can anyone explain?

Water when the container feels light (lacking water). The sponge (clone) is probably rockwool (green, right?). coco coir is a great medium, but coffee beans? You must be mistaken, grounds are high in nitrogen, and generally too rich for any young plant.

it always feels light its a small pot container im guessing different type of soil but the plant gives off a strong coffee smell and yes the sponge is green.

so this is the bubba clone tht i have and the soil is a brown but i know its not dirt.

pic is blurry, but plant looks great. I'm almost certain that's coco coir. You're fine to transplant in soil, imo.
