Need advice!

I'm about to start a new grow, and I have to go on vacation for a week, leaving everything unattended. I need to set up an ebb and flow but got no clue how.

I'd like to have the plants and reservoir on the same level if possible. I will be growing with rockwool as my medium. Basically what I'm looking for is a cheap or diy ebb and flow system Any advice/recommendations?

Just plant after your trip

^^^What Shivaskunk said, you don't want to be absent, if you can help it, during the first couple of weeks, unless your system is fully dialed in.
