Here is the strain I'm considering as it is heat tolerant in my warm room and meets my medical needs:

If I install two (2) of the

HLG 100 Quantum Board LED Grow Lamp Veg & Bloom 3000K

and run them 20 hours on / 4 hours off in 12 square feet

How high should they be placed above:

seedlings?

veg?

flower?

I'm fairly educated but embarrassingly stupid in this case.
Please speak slowly with no sudden movements.

If you're trying to fill up your space, two of those panels wont do it.. I feel like we have kindly answered this question a couple times. If you search (or try reading a couple relevant threads) Im sure you can find out how far to have the panels..

Start the lights around 30" and as the plant grows you can slowly lower them. @Randomblame gave you the lux readings you need to be looking for.
