I have read that FFOF is loaded up hot with nutrients right out of the bag, and you can go entire veg cycle and even flower with no nutes at all, so I'm sure you don't need or even want to add bone or blood meal.

Try not to get stuck on soil if you're wanting to use it cause you think it's the easiest. Only reason to use soil is if you are trying to keep it organic IMO. Look into 100% perlite hempy buckets, you water them just like soil plants, only you use chem nutes and water them once a day or every other day. I ran soil my first 2 crops and then went hempy and there was no going back. MUCH easier. Impossible to overwater is the biggest + for nubs.

If you go to the Fox Farm web site it will tell you all the retailers that sell all the FF products and you will probably be suprised how close they sell the stuff to you . I was. And as far as the bone and blood meal, the ONLY thing you should add to FFOF is Dolamite lime and thats not a must ( it just helps keep the ph in balance). In my opinion FFOF is awesome but Happy Frog isnt near as hot and where I live is $3 a bag cheaper.

does the ffof have nutes in it
FFOF has evrything you need in it to grow MM but it is pretty hot ( meaning it almost has to many nutes ). I grow with FFOF and I use absolutly no nutes for 6 or 7 weeks and then when i start flowering is when start using 1/4 strenth nutes. Trust me you will be 100% satisfied. Not only FFOF and HF is the best soil out there (in my opinion) but in the end the MM that you grow will have the taste and high that the strain is naturally puting out (if you flush properly). YOU WILL BE PLEASED.................:peace:

MG sucks for growing buds. It is great if you want to grow large tomatoes or flowers like roses ect but it will make a really harsh smoke and normally will burn the leaves of the cannabis plants, MG has to much nutes in it. If you can get Fox Farm Ocean Floor or Forest Floor they look for Kelloggs patio potting soil. It works well, is 100% organic and is really cheap like $6 a bag.

I was wondering about this. We had a few bags of MG potting soil around so I used it (for the first time out of 7 grows). I put about 1/4 to 1/3 of a 1 or 2-gallon pot (depending on whether I had it sexed) in April and then put them in the ground in May, throwing no more than a handful in the hole. The rest was peat and native soil. I used Miracid as a foliar feed 3-4x during veg (about 1x per mo) and I plan to use MG bloom booster (2 or 3x) at half strength during the first half of flowering. I plan to harvest during the second half of October.

So, will my bud taste nasty?
