my leaves are going yellow and have burnt tips and the leafs are curling down i am in week 5 of 8 (bud) is it most likely nute build up having ec levels accumalating in soil?????

I would go with simple nute burn, just flush really good, keep your ph in check and resume feeding at a lower level.

I would flush then use water only a couple times then cut back on the nutes.
