I've used trim to make butter before.
I basically used around 1oz of trim/sugar leaves into 250g of butter.
That's around half a pound.
I made a sponge cake with whipped cream and strawberries.
Hmmm it was delicious.
BUT
A quarter of that cake was eaten at around 9pm. Didn't feel a fucking thing. Went to bed around 11pm. Still feeling nothing.
Then woke up at 3am sweating my balls off. Felt sick as a pig. Stoned as a mofo. Lol.
Maybe next time I bake a sponge cake I won't be a greedy bastard. Lol.
