Hi I am newbie grower and I use 70/30 coco peat/perlite in 3 gal fabric pot growing Gorilla cookies auto (attached pic is 8 days old from seedling)
To water everyday how much water i have to give? Until runoff everyday or about how much?
I also don’t get an idea of feed every watering in coco. If my plant ok with 700ppm in single feed/week in soil. to feed in coco i have to feed 100ppm everyday or I can go 700ppm everyday?
I grow outdoor 12hrs of sun plus 6hrs of LED.
A bit mess but im still learn.

Next time consider starting with a small pot; it makes watering much more forgiving than a tiny plant in large pot, autoflower or not.

Don't go crazy with saturating the entire pot until there's more root development, too little is better than too much at the seedling stage.

Start with your EC low and gradually raise it as the plant develops; coco should be fertigated daily

You feed every watering, coco is basically hydro, it wont store nutrients, 700 ppm at that stage seems a bit high.
Appreciate your advice.
700ppm just an example sorry if make you confuse

More question!
if too much feed will the toxicity sign show fast enough to be able to fix if I feed everyday?

I start in solo cups and let get 10-12 inches then I put into 1 gallon pots same coco perlite mix 70/30 wait two to 3 weeks and then into 5 or 7 gallon pots. I veg for 2 weeks the flip, I water twice a day and went and built A automated system that waters and drains and pumps back to reservoir. Cocoforcannabis.org will explain it all, I went overboard and setup mine so all I have to do is fill 50 gallon res add my nutes and I’m good for 15 days With timers, pumps and built a auto draining system so I get 35% runoff twice A day. Average 16-20 oz per plant.

To a trained yes, once you get a bit experience you'll be able to read the plants, at a glance you'll know something isn't right.

I'm not making a blanket statement but it's true for the most part, feed every day to run off and you won't get problems (assuming everything else is on point)

Plants evaporate away water that concentrates the nutrients and that must be rinsed away each day.

Good luck.

Thanks a million for this. I normally grow in soil and hydroponics but recently started a run in coco. I knew when they are established, the plant needs to be watered daily if not multiple times a day. Anyways, I wasn't too sure on how it should be treated when they are seedlings. Did a quick search and this was my top result.

Before I start my seedlings/clones I melt 4 small holes holes in the solo cups to be sure of runoff. At this point I only water when they are taking 1/4 of nutrient, so I mix in bottles 1 ml per liter Mirco, grow & calmag, then when I water babies I dilute to 1/3 nutes and water and they grow quick. you will notice how heavy when watered and how light when babies are thirsty or the will be slightly wilted and need water now. Then when they are 10-12 inches up pot to 1 gallon pots With drainage.below is a picture of 1 week old three weeks old and A month old at the back as these are my next crop in 2-4 weeks. Hope this helps. Oh by the way I just topped these ladies.
