Need confirmation on sex

Third grow, first was auto, second was feminised, this was bagseed.

I have only two suspected females in my tent. I'm at a really crucial point because the flowers look quite developed and look about to be popping open. It's close.
I don't want one to pollinate the other if herm or male.

2m high x 1.2m x1.2m growlush tent
Exhaust hanging above behind light fixture, separate from light, vent blowing out of the top, slight sucking in of walls.
Random bagseed, 30 or 40 L pot, soil and perlite medium.
600w mh veg 18/6 - 2 or 3 months
600w hps flower 12/12 - 1 week so far
Topped and lst candelabra style
Basic Bunnings nutes: powerfeed/seasol and micro nutrient powder in veg
Liquid potash and phosphorous beads for flower.
Temps low 20s to 30 maximum but it's autumn now so more stable at 20s, light on, during the night. Off during day
Humidity stable 30ish
I hope that's enough info .

I need to confirm if i have females, which i suspect, or if I'm way out of what i think and i actually have males or herms...

Those are male pre-flowers.

ETA: Not seeing any female pre-flowers at all. The red arrow seems to be pointing toward a stipule, which is not a pre-flower.

Bummer. I was thinking because they are long and pointed and not actual "ball" shaped or like a "clubs" and more "spades" like that they'd be female..

Seedstock it is. They grew great.

It's one of the perils (or joys, depending on your goal) of un-femmed seeds. Anytime you see a cluster of flowers as shown in a few photos, they're male. Unfortunately a lot of the vigorous growers turn out to be male, in my admittedly limited experience.

That will save you wasted time growing out males and flowering them to see if they are female.

As long as you are married son.

Those plant sex tests cost a pretty penny. Pop more seeds, hope for the best.

I can see where you are coming from. I didn't even consider the cost, I guess I am spoiled.

Still, 4 tests for about $15 each isn't that expensive IMO.

Oh, sorry, I thought they meant $59 x 4. Is it $59 for 4? That'd be reasonable.

PS: Or, now that I think about it, still expensive if you start 20 seeds and want to test them all.

All it is, is time vs money. Calculate if the results can be round-tripped back to you in a shorter time than it would take to sex the plants under 12/12, and then decide on whether the time between the return of the results and the finish of sexing is worth the $59 or not.

If the results take four weeks to come back, well, you could have sexed the plants by then. However, if you didn't take clones off of each plant before going to 12/12, then you have to also wait for the plants to re-veg, which can take some serious time.

And electricity ain't free, for sure.

Didn't think of that. I suppose that's because I constantly have both flower and veg lamps running anyways.
