Same strains, same flower start date, 4/16. However five plants in one room and five in the other...In the room with the a/c all the pistols or at least ninety percent of them are snow white and sticking straight up. In The room without a/c and just exhaust air cooled lights the pistils are 30 to 40 percent orange....I am praying someone who truly knows about cultivation says heat could be the issue and not pollination from a Hermie which is my main fear....however it would be pretty difficult for all the buds on all the plans to have been pollinated meaning that most of the buds have 30 to 40 percent orange hairs... question being could different climate effect speed of pistil maturation? Or am I doomed with seeds........1000 hPS in each room...Jilly bean, hso blue dream, nirvana bubbleicious,

Def heat. Also toching them with salty hads. Butalmost 100% heat. I have a box at mid 80s and the heat rises so the pistils on the cola are turning orange also with a april 12 flower date. So no worries on the hermie. Youll see little bananas or pollen sticking to leaves if it were that. Thats from experience. The heat kills pistils as well as touching the. Feed em with some super bloom ful strength and they shluld furr up. Post a picture and ill post one to compare. Mine is 100% heat issue if you read my thread in gen growing. Beat of luck.

What kind of lights. Are the hps if so are they coveredand have a cool tube. If you can put in an exhaust towards tbe top to suck all the heat up and out. Worked for me. But your on week six and tbey just might be doing the thing. What strain. Post pics tooo.. Pictures tell it all no matter how shabby your setup is we wont judge.

Its not just the tipy tops of bud sites its on the sides and tops just like a more mature bud where as the other plants in the other room are snow white healthy big and robust but still young looking... I'm really leaning toward pollination. I've decided that after a few weeks of bud development it is extremely difficult to find a miniscule pollen sac within fat trichrome covered buds.....then again I don't even fully know what to look for other than descriptions and pictures.

Worst case scenario; I had pollination occur from Hermie (not a full male plant obviously)... how many seeds we talking? The genetics are top notch...there's Jilly bean, hso trainwreck , and more..... I can't imagine losing a l.b. of high quality chronic to seeds makes me sick to my stomach

Can't tell if you being sarcastic but I'll answer assuming u are not... the room that has more orange pistils was suppose to be my veg too. Until plants got too big so I had less invested in it meaning no hygrometer in that one however I'm unfortunately confident it is averaging I. The low 80 s and has most likely been higher a few Days (no a/c)..... I can tell a banana popped on top of one of the main colas of one of the plants because the hairs are so blatantly receeded and curly instead of sticking up And flourishing... but the other plants do not look disfigures at all rather they just have white and orange pistils but they are sticking up still... I believe when pollination occurs the hairs just collapse and shrivel and look gnarley....any opinions... I had a c99 crop that I found i had seeds in after I was able to dry but it was only a few per oz. At most.... meaning if the same thing happened here then I'm thinking or hoping one banana popping is not enough to destroy ten plants... plant/ branch that showed full.pollination was a bubbleicious from nirvana which I've been reading is a easily her mixed strain. Wish I knew hat before buying seeds ( so Much marketing in the business its hard to know what is truly stable And of high quality) p.s. all bubbleicious ohenos are indica dominant 6 in all even though bubble should be sativa!!!!! Such bullshit...sorry for tangent plz still give opinion on likely seed production outcome????

Its a tough call. Since you did find a nanner my bet is there may be more than one in there. I hope its the heat. It may very well be. A few nanners can definitely seed 10 females. Lets pray it was heat. Hopefully the seeds you find are minimal if at all. Keep looking for the nanners. If more pop up you may be doomed.

Can't find anymore manners as I am obsessingly searching...off top of bud is pollinated will the whole bud/ branch produce seeds should I just slice top inch of bud that looks pollinated?? Because I already did to one of the two top colas of my tall critical jack

thank God I have 9 huge plants up stairs that looks healthier than anything I've grown so far... HSo blue dream,Carmel ice from: POS Itronix, critical hog is literally going to be at least a 5 ounce plant....oh and the Blue Rhino is even bigger I know way too many strains..... 1369794970044.jpg
p.s. is it possible for a young plant to show male AND female PRE -flowers...I'm also realizing how stupid I am for beginning a new plant in this no a/c slash pollen infuses room or do I think by the time actual flowers form whatever pollen remaining will either be unviable??

Man I hope you changed clothes before entering the Healthy room.

I think it hermied due to heat.

Things I've found that cause pre-maturing hairs.
Heat
Dust or even outdoor plant pollen.
Misting / foliar
Hermieing
PH or nute problem
Underwatering
Touching anything...
And lastly an accidental exposure...I'm still mad.

Wet pollen is dead pollen....so if you can mist ? Just blow dry with several small fans.
I had one plant hermie but it only affected a few buds on one side of the plant, but the remaining 4 plants remained untouched.
But I also live in Colorado....and it is really dry here.

Good luck

Thanks makes me feel better I can handle a few seeds on the top buds of a few plants.... funny cause trich production seems heavier in the hotter room.....also just purchased some silica based notes from pro- tek specifically made for heat stress.... can light stress during veg cause Hermie been lax with my reserva PRI Ada Skywalker of mother of late

Temps and air exchange... a/c circulates fresh air in and out of the room... the other room probably doesn't have a high-enough intake so the CO2 is slightly depleted... add a 4" vortex-type fan for an intake and they'll do better!

I completely agree with your intake idea it makes alot of sense...two things, one: I chopped the bubbleicious that I thought or know had at least one nanner that pollinated itself I did this at about 6 and a half weeks, I drive it over four days and put in mason jar my buddy tried it yesterday and was blown away by taste and high...said it was very heady which he enjoyed since my last crop was a total couch lock I just thought it was interesting that this plant un-flushed that hermied and was grown in high temps and cut two weeks early got a positive review!! The second thing is: I am leery of adding a fan because I'm very uncomfortable with how high my electric is not because of money ey but because it has to be a flag of some sort...I'm at 320 a month in a smallish house..any thoughts on my worries???? Local garden shop tells me no to worry that they use to have 500 a month when they were gardening indoors, you think I should worry????
