Need Expert Help!!! Sudden Issues!!!

Our plants within the last two days have started developing leaf issues... On our two Indica plants there are spots that appear on the fan and sun leaves and they just dry up and become brittle to the touch... And all the undergrowth is turning yellow and having the same spot issues... Our Sativa is turning yellow on some parts and also has "burn" marks... They are in "Expert Gardener" brand soil with perilite added. They have been watered about every 7-10 days. They are being watered with distilled water. PH between 6.0 - 7.0. They are under a combo of 6500K and 2700k spectrum CFL's. Temps between 90 and 100 degrees. Been a HEAT WAVE here. They have two fans above them and one large fan blowing on the from the front. Also once a week we have been spraying them with Spray n Grow. It's a micronute spray which we have been cutting down on the recommended dose because we don't want to overdo it. I'm seriously at a loss here.. Any help would be GREAT! The Sativa and One of the Indica plants are 7 weeks old today and the other Indica is 6 weeks old today. The Sativa showed sex this week and she's almost 16 inches tall. The indicas are around 10 inches tall. They were doing GREAT now all of a sudden this... Please let us know what you guys think we should do to SAVE THEM!!!

looks like a cal-mag issue to me, but check this out I found it really helpful. I am no expert grower yet,lol. but hope this helps

thats the most obvious problem.
and if your spraying them with the lights on the droplets work like mag. glass

I didn't think the heat would make them yellow like that. I don't spray them under the lights. I know that will burn them... I pull them out and spray them. Then wait for them to dry, then put them back. Thanks to the both of you!!

yea heat could be the #1 problum , usaly the temp should be around 20C (70F)

too much heat combined with too much water is the most simple explanation... deal with it first... bring the temp down and try not to water it at the hottest time of the day

bring down the temp , and only water it when the top 1'' to 2'' of the soil is dry

i got some of the same results from a grow that i had root rot in i was able to use Dutch Master Zone whie i flushed and H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide ).

never folier feed while lights are on the water magnifies the spectrums and rays given off by you HID lights and burns them

yea some look be suffering form a def of some sort like mg or somthing, the nutes ur using probly shit to be honest invest in organics for ganja,

heat is a issue here too i think, u said u ahve fan blowing down on them, maybe ur sending heat directly onto them, have fans blowing up form under them and 2 facing the plants, if your in pots whihc u are, bundle the plants close together and have funs blowing onto them from each angle, this shud provide air movemnt around all of em,

if its Meg def , try giving it a bit of epson salt that contains

........49% MgS04 - Magnesium Sulfate
........16% Mg0 Magnesium Oxide

mix it and mist the leafs for stress relief or can be used when watering juring flowering

Dude check your SOIL PH that can fuck with you nutes and give your plant Difs
GROWFAQ But if your gonna use Dolomitic lime to raise the ph make sure its powder, use your budbuster if you half to. And the thing about the fans blowing up not down sounds good to.

ph is 6.8? i've moved to a new room now with a lower temp 75F and also repotted, theres no damage to the roots so root rot is out. Also i dont think they are overwartered or diffiency, is it possible for them to do this from heat stress e.g not having fans on as i've only just started to keep my fan on 24hr as of today. recent pics attached

Thanks for EVERYONE'S responses... I have read and considered everything. I don't think it's an overwatering issue... I only water them when they are COMPLETELY dry. I go down as deep as I can go without disturbing the roots to check how moist it is before I water. Which currently has been between 7 - 10 days. Plenty of time for them to dry up. I was using epsom salts before and quit about a month ago. I wasn't sure if I needed them throughout the whole process... I'm with all of you on the heat thing. I"m going to make some adjustments to the room and put them into 12/12 today or tomorrow once I figure out which hours would be the best to do it so the lights are off during the hottest points of the day. I think this would help a great deal. Just for the record again, I DO NOT spray them while the lights are on. I take them out and spray them and wait for them to completely dry them place them back under the lights. I am very aware that this can cause major burns to the plant and also may mess with the CFL's. I will make adjustments to the fans that are blowing down on them and put them on the floor.

Also, this may be a stupid question but how exactly can I measure the PH of my soil. I have a kit to test and adjust the water but i'm not sure how to test and adjust the SOIL. Guess that what makes me a NEWBIE! I really appreciate everyone's input and i'm going to make the proper heating adjustments and get my girls back on track!

by a PH test kit from your local garden center or pick up a PH-Moisture meter from Wilkos if your from the UK, good look bruv, i hope ya girlys pick up

Cool thank for that info. I'm going to get one as soon as I can. I went to the store and got a timer and another oscillating fan. The additional fan has helped almost immediately. I set the timer for 12/12 turning the lights off at 2pm tomorrow and coming back on at 2am. Hopefully this will help keep the temps down keeping it dark during the hottest point of the day... Also i'm going to rig my A/C vent to blow towards the spot of the room they are in. We are in a townhouse and the upstairs is like 20 degrees hotter than downstairs. Can't wait to get back into a house! Will keep you all posted. Thanks for the help.

I checked out that link to the growfaq. Thanks it helped alot. going to water them soon and check the ph from the runoff. Also, We removed the fans that were blowing down hours ago so that should help.
