Our one Sativa is almost 2 weeks into flowering and has in the last week developed what seems to be a minor issue. However I don't want it to become major.
Random leaves on the bottom are starting to turn yellow and some spotting. Then they completely turn yellow and curl up and die. I plucked them tonight to take pics for you guys to see... It's just a few each day. The top is fine and the rest of the plant is GREEN and GORGEOUS. However, there are these random issues on some of the lower leaves that are just puzzling... We have 3 plants in total. The other 2 Indicas are fine.
So, here's the specs... Almost 2 weeks into flowering. 12/12 Regimen, lights coming on at 12:30am and going off at 12:30pm. Temps stay between 80 & 90 degrees. She is 18 inches tall. Here's the pics...
So, I plucked these guys off a few hours ago when the lights came back on at 12:30am. Tomorrow after the dark period there will probably be about the same amount of leaves looking like this. However, there is new growth pretty much everywhere. She's getting alot more hairs everyday. There is even new growth in places I had to remove leaves from a previous issue! Which surprises the hell outta me! I have time release fertilizer that was included in my organic soil. I added perlite. Water when the first few inches of soil are dry. I'm thinking this is a nute deficiency since our other 2 Indicas are fine. But then again they are Indicas - Totally different than Sativa but I'm at a loss.
I know that you have to take away Nitrogen and bump up Phosphorous during flowering so if this is a Nitrogen Def. should we be concerned? We were considering buying Canna Terra Flores spray for feeding them during flowering. We used Spray n Grow during Veg but that's micronutes. So the only MacroNutes they got was in time release fert. Since they got fertilized eachtime I watered I didn't want to spray as well during veg and burn them with MacroNutes. That's why we sprayed with MicroNutes during Veg. Any help or flowering food suggestion on that Canna Terra stuff or anything like it would be GREAT! THANKS!
