Need help about plants

Ok two things i wanted to ash.
1 is can you guys see on the first pic the white dots on the plant? well i was wonder what it is i had the powdery mildew all year iv been fighting it with a garlic water solution and it goes away. you can rub off the spots they are not on the plants any ideas?
2 how long do you let the plants flower before you clip them im new so got no idea..

I don't see any white dots. They look fairly healthy to me. To tell when to harvest I would recommend getting a microscope and checking the trichomes. Look on google for when to harvest.

you have about 1-1.5 more months. flowering usually lasts about 60 days give or take depending on the strain. never heard of the garlic solution. I wouldn't rub the leaves. just give it sun...... and water when it needs it. do not over water. you can tell when your plant is thirsty. I would touch your plant as little as possible espescially since it is now flowering.

its not like i power scrub them i was just seeing what that stuff on the plant is ya i heard a garlic solution works and i tried it kills it every time.. i think its the acid or some thing
