Working on constructing a grow cabinet. Plan on using a aquamist type system for the actual flowering room w/ 6 grow sites on it.

anyways in the same cabinet at the bottom i want a cloning/veg chamber so i can keep the process rolling.

what kind of light do i need in this room? do i need to spend $ and purchase a 250W mh? Will 175w MH be enough? I mean the area won't be much at all. larger part of the cabinet will be for the flowering room. Just concerned about having too hot of a light in a small place and the cloning/veg chamber getting too hot.

Also I plan on using a 400w MH for the flowering room. but with my calculations the flowering room will be about 32"x24"x48" so would 250w do the job?

I'm also still a bit confused about how to keep at least a monthly harvest going in such a small space.

If my flowering room is going to be the aquamist type system with only 6 plant sites and all are flowering.

What will my veg area be? obviously i dont want to use soil and have to clean before moving to flowering. nor can i fit another of these aquamist systems down there. will make the cabinet too large.

For cloning and veg chamber just use a 125Watt CFL, much less heat and it works well.

You want a 400 watt HPS light for flowering NOT MH. HPS =Flowering MH=Vegging

To keep a monthly harvest you will have to start with 3 plants that take 8 weeks to flower, then after a month of the first 3 flowering you put the next 3 in the other spots. after the next month u harvest your first 3, and put 3 new ones in their now empty spots. You will be making a new set of clones once every month also, but 2-3 weeks before you harvest. That way the new clones are ready to go into the 3 empty holes the harvest leaves.

Well I've decided I have enough room to make my cabinet long enough to put 2 of these systems. So I will have 12 grow sites in my flowering room.

My main question is still what do I use for my veg plants? I understand your light recommendation, but what type of grow do I use for veg cycle?

I know my clones will just be in one of those small trays with the clear tops on it.
