Think my room was too humid or hot, even with a box fan and ceiling fan it was still in the high 70 degrees 75-78 during the day and low 70s at night. Got my meters today and it's reading 46 % 25.6.. fuck
How's it looking now??It was still in drying phase, in a brown bag at 46%. I've jarred it and the meter is reading 61% now was at 65% 4hrs ago.
The nugs are looking pretty good and the % isn't dropping down too low so I think it should turn out good, I'm on day 2 or curing so now I'm just waiting to see the change of the smell and look. Let's hope it's tasty and dank. How's it looking now??
How long were you drying for?? I chopped mine last night and the main stem seemed quite dry already??
Absolutely amazing how many points of views and opinions people have on the same subject. Some say burp 2 times others say 3 times and some say every half hour lol. I’m with you on this subjectAmazon has the small led hygrometers for your jars .... get them.
If buds ( jar ) is showing CLUMPING / SETTLING at bottom of jar .
DO THIS :
Get a big brown bag ( grocery ) and placed loosened ( UNClump them ) into bag.
Roll top down like lunch bag .... NOT ALL THE WAY .. just enough to close.
ROLL SEALED BAG - to mix up contents . Put in closet , under bed , etc.
Check bag daily .... open bag to vent , then close , roll contents , put away.
You find this BROWN BAG METHOD .... helps control the drying GRADUALLY instead of hanging out on a string. The bag BREATHES and allows moisture and oxygen to move.
Use UNBLEACHED BROWN bags ....
You will find buds are drying uniformly..... I place a hygrometer in bag , but you can go by whatever means you feel they are ready to jar ... a meter is a must , then when you STORE IT you can pop an integra pack or boveda in the jar.
It’s stupid easy.

Sounds like you're in the cure zone and aok.The nugs are looking pretty good and the % isn't dropping down too low so I think it should turn out good, I'm on day 2 or curing so now I'm just waiting to see the change of the smell and look. Let's hope it's tasty and dank.
I dried mine for 7days, it is humid and hot as hell here so I didn't want to push it any furthur. The bud felt crisp and dry on the outside but not completely dry in the middles of the buds by that point and the stems were bending but not snapping so I felt like I needed to get on with it before it dried out too much and I was fucked.
The main stem should be dry, I believe.. I'm no pro so someone else can correct me.. My main stem was dry and any plant I've seen by that point is pretty dry. The bud & stems that come off the main stem being too dry is the real worry I believe. Do your stems to your fan leaves still have bend and life to them or are they dry too?
Don't just take my word for it though (or anyone's really) fact check me, and like I said feel free to correct me if I'm wrong anyone. I'm still a newb myself.
