I dont think it bugs because the pattern of it is pretty consistent for a bug munching on it. It may be some sort of nutrient deficiency that caused it.

You can always spray for bugs, if the whole plant in general looks ok, and its growing, I wouldn't go chasing after a problem when I dont know what it is.

I wouldn't spray it if there's nothing there, yes you're right the pattern is pretty consistent for a bug. Nobody else had bothered to replied so i thought I would. It doesn't take much effort to have a look on the underside of the leaf. I do this often so if there is anything there I'm aware before I have a huge infestation.

slightly over-fed, they are trying to adapt, they should pull through ok.
