Need help asap

Hello RIU, i was away for a few days and couldnt get to my girls, and they didnt receive any water for about 36 hours or so, went to check on them today and all fan leaves were droopy. There 2 weeks into 12/12 light cycle in one gallon pots with FFOF soil. My first thought was to give them healthy dose of water and spray them so I did that. Are they ruined or should they bounce back, anything else i could do?

Not enough info.....pics would help also. BUT....my grows often go 36-48 hours between waterings with no probs at all regardless of stage they are in. Personally, I do not use any soil that has nutes in it and don't rec it either. Some people can't leave their plants alone and end up overwatering.....which overnutes.
That being said, drooping is usually underwatered but if it's that dry after only 36 hours, it must be a very small pot......or repeatedly underwatered....

or root bound.

I havent watered this plant in 2 weeks DRY as a bone gave it some water and it perked right up.
