Need help bad!!!! Moving plants to new location.

I have been growing two plants for 11 weeks now from seed and have to move them outside now. Is there some certain way of prep for the plants going outside or what? I have been 18/6 but surely cant get that outside. I moved them out today and only put them out for 4 hours. Should I gradually set them out to get used to the sun? Any help would be great.

I cant believe nobody is confident enough for an answer. I cant figure out what I need to do so I will prob. just stay inside for the duration of these plants. If anybody does have any info on what to do I will still be greatly appreciative. I just need to know how many hours to start out with so I dont over work the plants. I just figured the sunlight would be harsh because its used to indoor light.

put them out towards the end of the day maybe around 3 pm to allow them some time to get used to the sun, without getting fried. water them very well, use a little nutrient mix (weak) that is higher in phosphorus but nothing too strong. make sure to dig the hole twice as wide as the root ball and plant it a little deeper in the soil than it is planted now...maybe two inched deeper to provide stability and to keep it in place in case the wind blows up. good luck.

So how often should I put nutes out? Should I keep close to the same schedule on watering? I never grew outside before. Well, not on purpose. Onetime, I threw a couple seeds outside in some sand where a pool used to be and one plant grew to about 6ft. I didnt find it until 3 months after I put it out there. Somebody stole it right out of the ground shortly after. I wanted to cry after that. lol. Thanks for the help
