Need help? Bad?

The first bottom two leaves are dieing. this is only happening on one plant and i wanted to know if this is something that happens or is this a sign of a dieing plant?

this is only my second grow and im just learning

Don't sweat it.. those are not leaves at this point.. those are more like old skin at this point, and it is time for them to shed them.

Those are cotyledons. Plant sucks the nutes out of those before the roots start to function.
Now you know it's past it's seedling stage!

Although my cotyledons dont typically turn till the girls are 2 nodes deep...
At some point in seedling its just what happens, as the nutrients are sucked out of them.
