Your nitrogen level is not high so you can use calcium nitrate to provide calcium. It wil raise the nitrogen level but you can easily stand a 2% increase in nitrogen. 0.10 ounces per gallon will increase the nitrogen about 2.2 % and at the same time will give you about 2.5% calcium. To raise the phosphorus use some phosphoric acid. It is available cheaply on eBay. Unless you are extremely high in magnesium I would just add a tad bit of magnesium sulfate to get your sulfur. Adding 0.1 ounces per gallon will provide 1.5% magnesium and 1.0% sulfur. This should be adequate sulfur. If your plants obtain an overall slight yellowing then your sulfur is inadequate and then raise it to 2%. GH MaxiBloom's magnesium level is 3.5% minimum and their sulfur is 1%. There are some nutrient formulas using up to 4% sulfur so a too high level will not be a problem. Magnesium levels vary a great deal in nutrient formulas with differences common up to a 8 fold difference (800%).
