Need help choosing heat sinks for Vero 13s

I'm looking to put 8-9 Vero 13's on two approx. 40" heat sinks from heatsinkusa. I already have the COBs and want to use them as some supplemental lighting in my tent. They are being ran at 500mA about 15 watts a piece. I want them to be passively cooled. Which profile should I go with? I rather not spend $80+ on it. It's only 60watts per bar so figured I don't need much. Good chance I'll put fans on it anyway but I like knowing they won't overheat if something happens and the fans aren't running. Thanks in advance.

You could get well under $80 using the 1.813 but if you have some material for a frame the cooling would be better with 4" chunks of 5.886 for about the same price.

Yea I have a frame with my main fixture and was going to branch off of that on the front and back to add more lighting. How much 5.886 do you think I'd need per COB?

Pin fins would be a simpler solution, vero 13 on 47x68mm with BJB holders

Great thank you! I didn't think I could get pinned heat sinks for cheap enough to justify going with them over a bar. I will go with these.
